HISTORY
Jamaal Rashed, father was the superhero known as Terror Noir. After the murder of his father, Jamaal dawned Tim Roland’s “Terror Twins” costume. With the support of his mother, Jamaal has become the youngest person to register as a caped agent in FBI history. Teaming up with Agent Squires, Jamaal has vowed to continue his father’s mission to protect those who can not protect themselves. After working with Agent Squires as a trainee agent, his uncle Bob returned to the family now upholding the family legacy as White Terror. Jamall joined him to reform the Terror Twins.
