Though born in the American South, Jason has spent most of his life since the age of five in the teeming metropolis of Chicago, Illinois. Jason is an illustrator and storyboard artist. He provides working storyboards and concept art for NBCUniversal’s Chicago Fire, Chicago P.D., and Chicago Med. He has also produced a wide range of artwork for an impressive list of advertising clients.

Jason has illustrated more than a dozen children’s books and created storyboards and concept art for film and television, as well as colors and full art for numerous comic book publishers. He draws inspiration from classic illustrators, cartoonists, and animators, as well as the work of the Old Masters and Impressionists. He resides in Chicago with his wife, daughter, and their occasionally obedient cat.
