Tristan MacDonald was born and raised in Newfoundland. He has been drawing since he was old enough to hold a pencil and has earned college diplomas in both 3D animation and game design. He currently works in the food industry while also freelancing as a colorist and artist in the indie comics scene.

Tristan loves Transformers and giant robots in general, though he also enjoys the occasional mutant or superhero. He is a nerd by passion and is not afraid to admit it.

He loves to draw, no matter what the subject, and tries to draw or at least doodle every day.

Tristan has worked on comic titles including Empyrean Command, Power Company, and Thorvald vs. Taranis.

Tristan’s colors are featured in Taranis: The Thunderlord #1.
