Bobby Ragland is a comic book artist whose career includes work for AC Comics and G-Man Comics. His AC Comics work dates back to the 1990s, including Femforce Pin-Up Portfolio, and he has continued contributing to the publisher in more recent years. His credits include interior artwork for multiple issues of Superbabes, including #10, #14, and #15, as well as work appearing in other AC Comics publications. His pencils and layouts bring a dynamic, classic superhero energy to the page.

Bobby has also participated in comics history programming, appearing on the Mighty Crusaders panel at San Diego Comic-Con in 2023 alongside creators and historians discussing the long history of the MLJ and Archie superheroes.

At G-Man Comics, Bobby has contributed to G-Man Comics 3in1, G-Men United, and Sgt. Flag. He penciled both the Veil and Atomik Bombshell stories in G-Man Comics 2in1 #1 and provided both the main and variant covers with Téo Pinheiro. For Macho Comics #1, Bobby wrote the story and provided pencils for the Sister Flag feature. He also supplied a variant cover.
