Mike W. Belcher is a Kentucky-based comic book creator, artist, letterer, colorist, graphic designer, and production designer with a lifelong love of comics. He is the creator and publisher of Man in the Mask, an all-ages superhero series about a man continuing the masked legacy begun by his grandfather. Mike creates the series with his son Aiden, who provides colors.

Beyond Man in the Mask, Mike’s comics work includes art on The Black Bat and lettering for independent publishers and creators. He is also Production Designer for Silverline Comics, where his credits include lettering Twilight Grimm. His professional background includes award-winning freelance graphic design as well as comics production.

Mike has become one of G-Man Comics’ regular letterers, contributing across the shared universe. His G-Man work includes G-Man Comics 3in1, Invictus: Outrage!, G-Men United, Lynx, Sgt. Flag, Simon N. Kirby: The Agent, and Taranis the Thunderlord. His role has expanded beyond lettering as well. For Lynx #8, Mike provided art and colors for the Cat·Man and Kitten sequence in addition to lettering the issue, and he has also contributed G-Man cover artwork.

Mike’s creator-owned hero Man in the Mask has also crossed into the G-Man Universe, appearing alongside Sgt. Flag and numerous independent-comics heroes in Sgt. Flag #7.
