OTHER DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: The top of Brain Bruiser’s skull is transparent, exposing his brain. Additionally, as his body slowly converts to pure psionic energy, his skin peels off.

HISTORY:

A petty criminal and thug, Vinnie “The Bruiser” Brock was abducted and experimented on by a secret conclave of scientists. As a result, Vinnie gained vast superhuman psionic abilities, but his own lack of intelligence and cunning prevents him from making full use of his potential. Brock teamed with another individual experimented upon by these scientists named Vaugh Barron (see Half-Man), and the two proceeded to escape.
Brock and Barron, now known as Half-Man and Brain Bruiser, embarked on a mission of revenge against those who changed them, as well as a life of crime. While Brock doesn’t share his partner’s ideological views, as long as he gets paid, he’s fine with them.
Barron and Brock have recently run afoul of Philadelphia’s resident hero, the third American Eagle (see American Eagle III).

POWERS/ABILITIES:
Brain Bruiser’s physical form is slowly converting itself to pure psionic energy. This gives him superhuman strength and durability, as well as the ability to fire powerful psychokinetic blasts capable of smashing a five-foot block of solid concrete.
