HISTORY

Bob Benton is a Washington DC Pharmacist. At a pharmacy convention, he met Ali Rashed, and the two became close friends. Bob’s sister Odessa eventually met, dated, and eventually married Ali Rashed. Making Bob and Ali brothers-in-law. After the death of Ali Rashed as Terror Noir, the family dealt with the pain in different ways. Jammal was determined to follow in his fathers footsteps as Kid Terror. At the same time, Bob became White Terror to honor his friend and brother-in-law. Caring on the “Terror” tradition. Bob realized he should be doing more for his community. He needed to protect all of  Washington DC’s citizens rather than just avenge the death of his friends Ali. Bob has dedicated his life from that point forward to protecting those who can not protect themselves.

POWERS & ABILITIES
White Terror has no superhuman powers but uses his keen scientific mind and skill to find street crime and root it out to make his city safe for all its citizens.
