HISTORY

Raised in Miami by parents who fled political instability in Cuba, Fidel Reyes grew up obsessed with far-left extremist dogma. Convinced that American society required forceful dismantling, he aligned with radical biotech dissidents. An experimental bio-enhancement procedure, combining gene-splicing serum with thermal cellular mutagens, mutated his physiology, unlocking destructive pyrokinesis and superhuman physical traits. Dubbing himself The People’s Hero, he took to the streets as a violent political agitator.
