HISTORY

Ali Rashed was the brother-in-law of Bob and the father of Jammal. After he died in the line of duty as Terror Noir, the family was devastated. The family dealt with the pain in different ways. Jammal was determined to follow in his father’s footsteps as Kid Terror. At the same time, Bob became White Terror to honor his friend and brother-in-law. Caring on the “Terror” tradition. When Bob discovered that Jammal was training with Agent Squires, he decided to let Jammal know he was also a superhero. The two started a partnership calling themselves the Terror Twins in honor of the fallen Terror Noir.

Neither White Terror nor Kid Terror have any superhuman powers, they use their grit and determination to make the world a safer place.
