HISTORY

Ali Rashed was Bob’s brother-in-law and Jamaal’s father. After Ali died in the line of duty as Terror Noir, the family was devastated. They dealt with the pain in different ways. Jamaal was determined to follow in his father’s footsteps as Kid Terror, while Bob became White Terror to honor his friend and brother-in-law and carry on the “Terror” tradition. When Bob discovered that Jamaal was training with Agent Squires, he decided to reveal that he was also a superhero. The two formed a partnership, calling themselves the Terror Twins in honor of the fallen Terror Noir.
