HISTORY
Charles Nuisance was the top student in Northeastern University’s robotics program. While interning at Rothländer Industries, he met Henry Rothländer, who was impressed with his understanding of robotic AI programming. Rothländer offered Nuisance a job upon graduation. Nuisance worked on the Rothländer Industries Vanguard 1.0 operating system. While at Rothländer Industries, Nuisance was recruited into the Aryan Alliance. After the Aryan Alliance’s failed attack on Fort Knox, Nuisance left the Rothländer Industries Vanguard program, and Rothländer had him transferred to a smaller private robotics laboratory. Nuisance began making human-sized androids. With an entire army of androids, Charles Nuisance began calling himself General Nuisance and programmed the androids to address him as General. Nuisance also started dressing in Hugo Boss-style World War II Nazi uniforms.
POWERS & ABILITIES
Nuisance has no superpowers, but he has superior problem-solving skills and can design and build functioning robotic systems, troubleshoot technical problems, write software, and detect bugs in code.
Nuisance has above-average electrical soldering skills. Robotics is an interdisciplinary field encompassing mechanical, industrial, computer, and electrical engineering. When working with electrical components, soldering is an important skill for joining metals using alloys with relatively low melting points.
