HISTORY
Aktion Team is officially affiliated with the Aryan Alliance, and they are very visible at Alliance functions. Unofficially, the pair are part of Henry Rothländer’s private supervillain army. Although Aktion Team and Murder Hornet both work for Rothländer and are part of his supervillain army, Aktion Team operates independently from Murder Hornet.

The team consists of Mark Hollister and Hildegard Bauer.

Mark Hollister was a lab assistant to Dr. David Haas. Together, they were working on Project Agent 2.0, a way for Simon N. Kirby to continue operating as the Agent without relying on Rothländer Industries technology. Once Dr. Haas had his breakthrough and completed the suit, Mark killed him and destroyed his research. Mark donned the new suit as his own, becoming the hero of the Aryan Alliance, Aktion! Having killed Dr. Haas inside FBI Headquarters, Aktion had to be rescued by Tigerstrike, an incident he regrets and one that has caused a rift between the two.

Hildegard Bauer was a standout athlete at Benjamin Banneker High. Her boyfriend at the time was a member of the Aryan Alliance. After attending Alliance rallies, Hildegard became an active member of the group on her own. She caught the attention of Henry Rothländer, who was impressed with how fervently she embraced their message. Hildegard started working for Rothländer Industries after graduation and eventually moved into Rothländer’s inner circle. Mark Hollister was less than successful as Aktion on his first mission. Hildegard was added to the team in part so Rothländer could evaluate whether the problem was the supersuit or Hollister.

On their first outing as a team, Aktion Team was dispatched to take out a rival defense arms dealer south of the border in Mexico. Unfortunately, the team ran into Lynx and was arrested.

Murder Hornet 2.0, Brandon Müller, was not officially a member of the team. He is an FBI Caped Agent who recently registered with the assistance of Rothländer. Murder Hornet is officially Rothländer’s bodyguard. In fact, he is a stand-in so that Henry Rothländer can operate as he chooses without any accountability. Murder Hornet had to risk his status as a Caped Agent to get Aktion Team out of a Mexican prison before they could be extradited to the United States. This also forced Brandon to confront the fact that he worked for white supremacists. How this realization will affect Murder Hornet 2.0’s future relationship with Henry Rothländer remains to be seen.
