HISTORY

Bob Benton is a Washington, D.C., pharmacist. At a pharmacy convention, he met Ali Rashed, and the two became close friends. Bob’s sister Odessa eventually met, dated, and married Ali, making Bob and Ali brothers-in-law.

After Ali’s death as Terror Noir, the family dealt with the pain in different ways. Jamaal was determined to follow in his father’s footsteps as Kid Terror, while Bob became White Terror to honor his friend and brother-in-law and carry on the “Terror” tradition.

Bob realized he should be doing more for his community. He needed to protect all of Washington, D.C.’s citizens rather than simply avenge the death of his friend Ali. From that point forward, Bob dedicated his life to protecting those who cannot protect themselves.
