HISTORY

Sam Williams is a former lance corporal (E-3) in the U.S. Marine Corps. After graduating from high school, he entered the Marine Corps and became a Scout Sniper (MOS 0317), serving with the 3rd Marine Raider Battalion at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

Sam is highly skilled in fieldcraft and marksmanship and can deliver long-range precision fire on selected targets from concealed positions in support of combat operations.

After his service as a Marine Scout Sniper, Sam formed a private military security firm, Dark Water Security. His company contracted with the CIA for political assassinations. After a media report exposed the connection between the CIA and Dark Water Security, Sam refocused the company on providing caped security, registering all his operatives as superheroes and providing them with superhero-style uniforms. Dark Water Security is now a global operation providing superhero services worldwide.

POWERS & ABILITIES

Dark Warrior is a highly trained infantryman who served in a Scout Sniper billet. He achieved a first-class Physical Fitness Test score and qualified as a rifle expert. His training includes land navigation, patrolling, reconnaissance, calling and adjusting supporting arms, stalking, concealment, field sketching, range cards, range estimation, and use of the M40A1 rifle. He is also a qualified swimmer, capable of a 500-meter swim using the sidestroke and breaststroke and a 50-meter swim while carrying weight.
